Any dispute or claim relating in any way to the use of the Site, or to products or services sold or distributed by or through the Company, will be resolved by binding arbitration rather than in court, with exception.
This arbitration agreement is intended to be broadly interpreted and will survive termination of these Terms. Company and User agree that the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one claim, and may not manage any form of a representative or class proceeding and that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. Users agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. If this specific provision is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration section will be found null and void and neither Company nor User will be entitled to arbitrate our dispute.
